Principle
The principle of NISON is to strengthen capacity in Nematology in view of the need to develop sustainable and ecologically prudent nematode management systems that will promote better community livelihoods.
ABOUT US
This is the website of the Nigerian Society of Nematologists (NISON), publisher of the Journal of Nematology (NIJON). NIJON is a peer-reviewed journal that accepts original research papers, review articles and short communications and publishes high-quality articles, in English Language, in all fields of study of Nematology like Taxonomy, Control of plant-parasitic nematodes, animal parasitic nematodes, entomopathogenic nematodes, biocontrol, biotechnology and molecular biology, nematode community structure and pollution monitoring, etc.
